Please keep in mind, shipping delays are beyond our control so keep your tracking information handy.
We are not responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers' network.
Free Shipping Disclaimer: Enjoy free shipping on orders where the promotion dictates 'free shipping' at the time of wondering or the subtotal, after any applicable discounts or promotions, meets the minimum requirement for free shipping.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If your package is returned to our distribution center because you were unavailable to receive it OR you failed to retrieve it from your UPS Access point, a $12 restock fee will be charged.
If you are not available to sign for delivery, you will be required to wait until the next delivery or schedule to pick up your order at the carrier's location.
